We offer a 14 days easy return (from received date) for defective products. Email your intent for a product return to [email protected]. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost.

 

To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging to:

Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:

• The Item has not been received by Buyer;
• The Item was defect on arrival;
• Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
• By way of private agreement with Firmtest and Buyer must send his/her confirmation to Firmtest confirming such agreement;

*Change of Mind return policy is not applicable to all categories of seller items.
